“Myths and motorbikes” is a short movie on two-wheelers, a tribute to the motorcycles that have gone down in history for their perfect balance between power and design. This documentary traces the rise of Guzzi, Gilera and Agusta thanks to the models that made these brands a legend. From the Guzzi Galletto to the Agusta MV 350, better known as “Hypothesis”, to the VT 317, the first motorcycle ever built by Gilera. “Myths and motorbikes” talks about the developments that made motorcycles key players in society, public transport and fashion. The real life filming of models, all kept in museums and private collections, reveal often unknown peculiarities and technical solutions. Recollections, anecdotes and curiosities told by different leaders in the history of the three brands trace the past and the present history of every single model. Not to be missed are the interviews with those pilots who thrilled the public and made the brands into a name synonymous with excellence in international races
