This note, found in the Mitsubishi Space Star of Alberto Fogari, dispel the doubts about the motives that induce the man to kill his dog and his daughter before killing himself. Fogari chooses the quiet countryside of Lonato, in the province of Brescia, to bring the rifle to firing position and hit the child on the back, the animal’s muzzle and shoot himself. He did not accept that Nicole could see him only during the weekends and that she would grow up with another family, as his ex-wife got married shortly before the killing. But Cristina, Fogari’s new partner, thinks that authorities could have prevented this tragedy. “No one helped him – she says – judges, social assistants and psychologists”.
